Buncombe Event Meeting Minutes
- Looking at an Alternate Location due to parking concerns at Community
- Going to still give Community High School kids their gifts regardless of location.
- Buncombe going to provide 4K bottles of water for both events so we do not have to transport
- Preparing for 2,000 Kids with more than enough toys for every child 0-12. Toy bags will be 2toys/bag
- Door Prizes Drawing with CEF @ 7:00 PM – Event from 5:00 – 8:00 PM
- Buncombe Will advertise to elementary schools
- Going to see if we can get sheriff presence along with SRO’s
- Volunteers will be sent DRM link to sign up

- 100 volunteers total – Michaela and Christy will see if they can get school clubs to volunteer.
