Monday, September 30th, Duke University’s football players, coaches, and staff spent time with homeless children and families living at the Durham Rescue Mission’s Good Samaritan Inn. The annual Kids vs. Players football game took place in the grassy area in the Mission’s national award-winning Pollard-Lindsey Garden. Football players signed team posters for the children and their moms. After the game the women and children enjoyed having a meal with the players catered by Duke Football.
